Refund policy

All products listed on our website are classified as medical-grade personal hygiene items. Each product is carefully checked before shipping to ensure quality.
According to Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (March 19, 1994), personal hygiene products (including menstrual underwear, cups, pads, lingerie, and intimate cosmetics) of proper quality are not eligible for exchange or return.
Returns are accepted only for defective items. The buyer must provide proof of purchase and a quality report issued by an authorized laboratory.
Incorrect size or model selection is not a valid reason for return.
